Green Protein Smoothie
I just put this together and I loved it! I’ve been having this for breakfast 3 mornings in a row. This smoothie is packed with essential fats, protein & fiber and it’s quick and simple to make
Ingredients
- 1/2 a large or 1 whole medium size avocado
- 1 peeled banana
- 2 scoops of Usana Soya Max Protein powder
- 1 cup kale
- 1 scoop of Usana’s FIbergy
Method
- Place all ingredients into a blender/nutribullet
- add 150ml-200ml of water
- Blend all ingredients together until you have a smooth pureed consistency
- add honey if you need to
